01 — Eligibility for Refund
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of payment, only if the project work has not started.
02 — Non-refundable Services
Completed projects, custom software, and website development services are non-refundable once work has begun.
03 — Project Cancellation
Clients can cancel their project before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, partial refunds may be considered based on progress.
04 — Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
