Completed projects, custom software, and website development services are non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Project Cancellation

Clients can cancel their project before work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, partial refunds may be considered based on progress.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
