2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Subhadeep Ghosh. Completed project code ownership transfers to the client only after full and final payment, unless it is a subscription-based SAAS product.

3. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital products or marketing services.
